Dear Sir,

You are hereby invited to submit your quotation for plastic-coated protective net in accordance with the following specifications. Please complete and return “Request for Quotation” in the Supply Chain Management of CCCC .

Be advised that you should not submit a company-standard quotation with your own terms and conditions as this could lead to your quotation being dispelled and not considered. All of the above conditions must be met.

Quotation start at 2:00PM on May 24，2024 and it must be sent to CRBC no later than 2:00 PM on May 28, 2024 in the Supply Chain Management of CCCC(http://empm.****.cn/PMS/). It is the offer's sole responsibility to ensure that this quotation is received by the date and time stated herein. Any offers received after the due date and time may be rejected at the discretion of CRBC.

Please note that confidentiality of the project information is of paramount importance to the contracting parties, and you are therefore required to treat all information in strict confidence.

Your quotation should be complete to enable the immediate evaluation of conforming enquiry, and as such you are required to carefully follow the instructions as included with this invitation . Furthermore, you are required to familiarize yourself with the Conditions of the Supply of Materials, which are non-negotiable and will be the form of contract, then you should be the successful bidder.

Note that the “Request for Quotation” must be priced in full . The rates contained in this document must be inclusive of all enquiry requirements as no additional claims will be entertained from Supplier who fail to take cognizance of the complete enquiry documentation.
