3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1）凡是来自中华人民**国或是与中华人民**国有正常贸易往来的国家或地区的法人或其他组织均可投标；
2）“测试台架电波暗室”供应商组合方案，应用成熟案例不少于3套。其中电驱动系统集成台架方案不少于2套，提供相关证明材料及至少一份验收报告，单电机带齿轮箱方案（≥20000rpm）不少于1套，提供相关证明材料，包括但不限于合同、技术协议等, ****公司的销售业绩不作为有效业绩）。
3）本项目不接受代理商投标，投标人须为制造商。

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) All legal persons or other organizations from the People's Republic of China or countries or regions with normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China are eligible to bid;
2) The supplier combination plan of "test bench anechoic chamber" shall have no less than 3 sets of mature application cases. Among them, there shall be no less than 2 sets of electric drive system integration test bench solutions, providing relevant certification materials and at least one acceptance . There shall be no less than 1 set of single motor with gearbox solution (≥ 20000rpm), providing relevant certification materials, including but not limited to contracts, technical agreements, etc. (sales performance in our company or affiliated companies shall not be considered as valid performance).
3) This project does not accept bidding from agents, and bidders must be manufacturers.
