（3）投标人自2017年1月1日起至投标之日内，具有特钢棒材轧线在线砂轮锯（适用于最小锯切规格≤φ100mm且辊道宽度为1600mm）完整成套设计、供货、应用业绩（以合同签约时间为准）不少于三条轧线；

（4）本项目不接受代理商投标，必须由制造商直接投标。

(3)From January 1, 2017 to the deadline for bidding, the bidder shall have at least 3 supply performances of abrasive cutting machines on the rod bar rolling lines of special steel (applicable to the minimum cut size ≤φ100mm and roller table width of 1600mm). The validity of the supply contract submitted by the bidder is subject to its signing date. The abrasive cutting machines in the above supply performance shall be designed and supplied by the bidder as a package and is currently in operation at the reference plant；
