Note: If the quality system certification certificate provided by the manufacturer of the goods is issued by a foreign third party certification body, the website query is not applicable.业绩要求：（开标时需进行信息公开）2018年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投产品的制造商应具有至少1个合同的1500磅插入式过球指示器产品的供货业绩（测量介质不限）。投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同复印件和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同首页、合同签署时间、合同签署页（应有双方签署或盖章）、制造商名称、货物名称（磅级1500磅、形式为插入式过球指示器）及到货验收材料，到货验收材料至少包含：对应的增值税发票复印件（如有清单须提供。发票须体现发票号、物资名称、买方卖方信息；发票应包含合同号或订单号，或发票金额与合同或订单金额一致）或买方接收证明或验收证明等，买方接收证明或验收证明应有甲方签字或盖章。若合同为年度/项目协议，除提供协议文本外，还应至少提供该协议对应的至少1个已完成订单的订单页。一个订单视为1个业绩。Performance requirements(Performance track record will be released to all bidders during bid opening): From January 1, 2018 to the bid deadline date (subject to the contract signing date), the manufacturer of the bidder's bid products shall have at least 1 contract 1500 pound plug-in ball indicator to measure the delivery performance of the product with no limitation on the medium, and meet the technical requirements.
