一、工程概况

General Information Of Project

项目共计占地面积326,928m2，建筑面积44,608m2，混凝土总方量约100,000m3。

The project covers a total area of 326,928m2, with a building area of 44,608m2 and a total concrete volume of approximately 100,000m3.

二、招标范围

Scope of Bidding

本次招标采购物资： 一座120****搅拌站 。包含但不限于设备的设计、制造、国内运输、出口、海运、清关、进口、运输到达、掏箱、指导安装等服务。

The procurement equipment for this bidding: a 120 concrete mixing plant. Including but not limited to equipment design, manufacturing, transportation, export, sea freight, customs clearance, import, transportation arrival, unpacking, installation guidance and other services.

收货地点为：Talomo River, Talomo, Dabaw, Lalawigan ng Davao del Sur，坐标为：7°03'53.1"N；125°32'44.7"E。

三、投标须知

Instructions to Bidders

投标单位必 须是在菲律宾注册的合法企业，具有搅拌站销售商业许可及合法纳税，并有在菲律宾3****搅拌站销售及指导安装业绩。

The bidding unit must be a legal enterprise registered in the Philippines, with a commercial license for the sale of mixing plants and legal taxation, and have sales and installation guidance performance in three or more mixing plants in the Philippines.

投标单位须在2024年8月28日上午10：00（**时间）前将报价文件发送至招标人邮箱：****@hotmail.com，逾期投标无效。

The bidding unit shall send the quotation documents to the tenderer's email address before 10:00 am on August 28, 2024 (Beijing time): ****@hotmail.com Late bidding is invalid.

四、搅拌站技术要求

Technical Request

搅拌站设备包含搅拌主机、配料机、斜皮带机（20度，34.5米）、主体结构、称量系统、骨料中间仓、除尘系统、卸料装置、气动系统、监控系统、电操系统操作软件、控制室、防雷系统、安装底架、防雨雨棚、螺旋输送机、粉料筒仓及附件等。

The mixing plant equipment includes mixing host, batching machine, inclined belt conveyor (20 degrees, 34.5 meters), main structure, weighing system, aggregate intermediate bin, dust removal system, unloading device, pneumatic system, monitoring system, electric operation system operating software, control room, lightning protection system, installation bottom frame, rain shelter, screw conveyor, powder silo and accessories, etc.

(1) 理论生产能力Theoretical production capacity：120m3/h

(2) 卸料高度Discharge height：4m

(3) 搅拌主机型号Main equipment model：2000

(4) 骨料仓容积Aggregate bin capacity：3×16m3

(5) 粉料筒仓Silo：3×150T(拆装式Prefabricate)

(6) 皮带机输送能力Capacity of belt conveyor：600t/h

(7) 螺旋机输送能力Spiral conveyor conveying capacity：40t/h

(8) 石子、砂计量范围及精度Measurement range and accuracy of stones and sand：（600-2000）±2%

(9) 水泥计量范围及精度Measurement range and accuracy of cement：（300-1000）±1%

(10) 水计量范围及精度Measurement range and accuracy of water：（135-450）±1%

(11) 外加剂计量范围及精度Measurement range and accuracy of admixture：（12-40）±1%

(12) 电源 power：440V/60HZ

质量要求:搅拌站的设计、制造、包装、运输、安装、验收符合GB/T10171-2016及其他现行国家和行业的有关规范和标准；并符合菲律宾的质量要求；二者以高标准为准。

Quality requirements: The design, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, installation, and acceptance of the batching plant shall comply with GB/T10171-2016 and other relevant national and industry specifications and standards; And meet the quality requirements of the Philippines; Both are subject to high standards.

五、付款方式

Payment terms

预付款30%，签订合同后30日内；

Advance payment of 30%，within 30 days after sign the contract；

到货款30%，货物到场验收合格后15天内；

Receiving payment of 30%，within 15 days after the arrival of equipment;

进度款30%，搅拌站调试完成后15天内；

Progress payment of 30%，within 15 days after the successful commission of batching plant；

尾款（质保金）10%，搅拌站正式运行一年后15天内。

Retention of 10%，within 15 days after 1 year of official operation of batching plant.
