CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY due to the construction needs of the Pasay Reclamation Development Project, diesel oil procurement at the site is planned to be submitted to the qualified supplier. 菲律宾帕赛市-SM集团吹填项目位于菲律宾马尼拉帕赛市。项目地处马尼拉湾，****中心及尼诺伊﹒阿基诺国际机场约为5km。

本项目主体工程内容为通过取砂吹填方式形成A岛、B岛、C岛和D岛，总面积约396公顷，主要施工内容有基槽开挖换填、陆域吹填、地基处理、护岸及挡浪墙等。

The Pasay Reclamation Development Project is located in Pasay City, Manila, Philippines. The project is located in Manila Bay, about 5km away from the center of Manila and NAIA.

The main project content of this project is to form A Island, B Island, C Island and D Island by means of sand dredging and filling, with a total area of about 396 hectares. Revetment and wave wall, etc.

(2) Payment is by month.

(3) Diesel needs to be delivered to our designated construction site,the address of site :J.W. Diokno Blvd, Pasay, 1307 Metro Manila

(4) The unit price should include diesel, transportation, VAT and everything else.

3.报价人资格要求

Qualification requirements for bidders

报价人具有柴油供应资质，提供的柴油满足我司现场施工要求，报价人接受菲律宾比索支付。

The offeror is qualified to supply diesel oil, and the diesel oil provided can meet our site construction requirements. The offeror accepts payment in Philippine peso.
